Wouter Wijnmaalen is the founder and owner of WMBI B.V. He is a senior management consultant with over 19 years of experience in enterprise architecture, data management and large-scale transformation programs.
Wouter has operated in various senior roles, including Enterprise Architect, Data Officer, Business Architect, Program Manager and Management Consultant. He has worked extensively in complex, regulated environments such as banking, insurance, pensions, asset management and staffing.
He combines strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate strategy into execution. Wouter is used to operating in complex stakeholder environments and is comfortable working at both board level and hands-on delivery level.
His approach is structured, pragmatic and focused on ownership and results.
